Cancellation & Hotel Policies:
$25 booking fee per room will be charged for any changes or cancellations in reservation. During the holiday periods a $40 booking fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations to a reservation.
In addition, if you cancel within the 72 hours (3 days), (for holidays 7 days) of check-in time, you will be charged for your first night stay per rooms booked. There are no refunds for early check-out or cancellations on the day of checkout.

GUESTS: At least one registered guest must be 18 years or older.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 p.m. You MUST drop your keys off at the front desk. Check-out may be extended until 2:00 p.m. at the discretion of the front desk for a $20 charge. Inquire on day of checkout.  A $10 fee is charged for each lost key.
EARLY CHECKOUT: There are no refunds for early checkouts.
RATES: All rates are based on occupancy of 1-2 adults. Additional fee required for each additional guest up to maximum occupancy for the room.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE is by request only. Please request 24 hours in advance.  We will make every effort to provide housekeeping service when requested but there may be times when we can not accommodate you especially during the seasonally slow times.
ROLLAWAY BED: If you need a rollaway bed, you must CALL to reserve it.
POLICY VIOLATIONS: There is a $100 fee if caught violating any of our policies.
CHILDREN:  Guests with children under 13 should select rooms 6 & 7 and must be accompanied by adults at all time.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Only service dogs.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Standard Room-2, Deluxe King/MCM-3, Casita-2, Queen Mini Suite-2, Deluxe Queen-4. Rollaway beds are Available on a first-come basis, select rooms only. Call to reserve.
SMOKE-FREE: The Hotel is 100% Smoke-Free. No smoking or vaping. There’s a $100 Fee for violating this policy.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: The Palms is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.
VISITORS: No visitors after 11:00 p.m. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.
DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS: Due to Covid, maid service is unavailable. Please contact the front desk for items you need replenished. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “do not disturb” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, maintenance, or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy/House Rules.
LOST & FOUND POLICY: The Palms assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
FIREARMS AND WEAPONS: Firearms and Weapons are not permitted on hotel property.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY: No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed on these premises. Please respect the other guests.
ILLNESS: The Palms reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease and we may charge you for any and all costs and expenses for cleaning.
PARKING: All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner.
POOL USE: The pool is not heated and guests usually start using it around the end of April through Mid-October. The jacuzzi is heated during cold season from 3:00pm-9:00pm.  The pool and jacuzzi are for hotel guests only. If you have visitors wanting to use the pool, they can purchase a day pass for $10 per person per day at the front desk. Absolutely NO GLASS at the pool.  Coolers are not allowed at the pool.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: You may not plug your electric car into any of our outlets.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any property damage caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel.
